Domain Name Renewal Notification Policy
For domain registration services, beginning 45 days prior to expiration, email reminders are sent on the 1st, 11th, and 21st day of each calendar month up to the date of expiration. If the domain is not renewed by the expiration date, an additional email notification will be sent within five days of the domain expiration date. All email reminders are sent to the registrant email address listed for the domain name and the customer account owner email address.
